Is this really VIAGRA?
YES, it is the real thing. The only medication for erectile dysfunction that we ship is
VIAGRA (sildenafil, manufactured by Pfizer). If you order in multiples of 30 it is shipped in sealed bottles from the manufacturer. We do not sell or recommend any herbal substitutes. Since VIAGRA is patented, it is unlikely there will be any generic substitutes for VIAGRA for many years to come.

Do I need a prescription?
Yes, to receive Viagra you must obtain a prescription. If you have not yet been evaluated for Viagra therapy, we offer an online consultation with a physician for $75.

Is my application really reviewed and approved by a physician?
Yes, each application is reviewed by a physician. If there are further medical questions or concerns about the medication, you will be discreetly notified.

If the physician performing my consultation feels VIAGRA would not be appropriate for me, will I still be charged for the consultation?
No, you will not be charged for the medical screening, if the physician determines the medication may be dangerous for you.

Can I order from you if I have a prescription? Do I still pay the consultation fee?
If you have a prescription or pharmacy receipt the consultation fee is waived, however you must still fill out the consultation form for our records. Use the
Reorder button.

How much does it cost?
The prices charged for medication are comparable to local pharmacies: $9.50 for 50mg tablets and $11.00 for 100 mg tablets. Many of our patients who take 50 mg tablets break the 100 mg tablets in half, which brings the cost down to about $6 per 50 mg dose.

Is the price the same for international sales as it is in the United States?
Internationally, where customs allows delivery, we supply medication at the same prices as within the United States. In some cases, import duty may be applied and shipping charges may be increased. We are pleased that we have been able to work with so many patients in so many countries.

How quickly can I receive it?
We process and ship all orders by U.S. Express Mail in a plain wrapper within 36 hours of receipt. Delivery depends on time of day shipped and your location. Express Mail is the fastest U.S. Mail delivery option and is more secure.

How many times may I reorder?
You may reorder up to 240 tablets in a year.

Will you let me know when I may reorder?
At this time, we are not set up to inform you as to when your account is open to reorder. If you have ordered 10 tablets you should not order again for 15 days... 30 tabs 45 days, etc.

Do I pay the $75 consultation fee when I reorder?

No. The physician consultation is a one time charge. It does not apply to reorders.

Is it really confidential if I order from your website?
We make every effort to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Medication is shipped U.S. Express Mail. Within the US, there is nothing identifying the contents. The return address is generic and makes no reference to the website or the product. The charge on your credit card appears as AMR in Seattle, WA. Again, there is no reference to the product. We never distribute or sell our lists.

What do the mailing packages look like (will anyone be able to tell what is inside)?
The package has no reference to the website or to the contents. Packages shipped outside the US must have contents listed on the customs form. This is customs law and cannot be avoided. The contents are identified only as "sildenafil," the generic name for Viagra.

Must I personally sign for my package?

Yes, Express Mail must be signed for, unless the signature requirement is waived by checking the box on the order form. This is an option on the order form. For Post Office boxes this waiver is required. Waiver of signature voids the insurance on the package. Signature cannot be waived for international parcels.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Please check the customs laws regarding delivery if you are outside the USA. For example, shipments to the UK may be subject to duty charges; shipments to Japan cannot exceed 30 tablets; at this time, it appears that we are unable to ship to Germany or Denmark. Shipping costs vary by country as we ship Express Mail, but are never exorbitant. The cost of the product, itself, is the same as for those receiving shipment in the USA.

If I order and charge it to my credit card, how will this transaction be reflected on my credit card statement?

It will appear only as AMR in Seattle, Washington.

How can I order without using a credit card?
Fill out the consultation form as you normally would, and in the space for credit card, type “alternative.” You will then get e-mail with instructions for ordering by certified check or money order. We are unable to ship COD.

Can I use my health insurance or prescription card?
At this time, we are unable to work with third party payments.

I've heard that if I take cimetidine (Tagamet) at the same time I take
VIAGRA, the effectiveness of the VIAGRA increases. Is this true?
If you check the Pfizer site, the manufacturer of
VIAGRA, and look at the product information as seen in the PDR (Physicians Desk Reference), you will find a note that in studies, 800 mg. of cimetidine taken with 50mg of VIAGRA increased the blood levels of the VIAGRA by 56%. The product information for cimetidine (generic for Tagamet™), which was published before the availability of VIAGRA, warns that it has similar effects on other medications. Although not studied, there are reports from many individuals taking VIAGRA and cimetidine that they are getting the desired effect with smaller doses of VIAGRA when taken with cimetidine (an inexpensive, generic drug). For that reason, we offer cimetidine to our patients at a very low price.

Is
VIAGRA available for women?
There are many reports of women using
VIAGRA. Many of these have been in major women’s magazines, on Internet bulletin boards, and most recently on television. Although there may be benefits for women using VIAGRA, they are not documented by studies. Even though there is no reason to believe that VIAGRA might be harmful to women...and there are benefits reported ...we are not filling prescriptions for women at this time.

Is
VIAGRA available in the nasal spray yet?
VIAGRA is not yet available in any form other than tablet . When it is, we will be making it available to our patients.
